90-Night Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to sleep better. Try Silentium for 90 nights. If you are not happy with the results, contact us within 90 nights of receiving your order and we will refund your purchase. You do not need to return the product, and opened or empty pouches are fine.
How to request a refund
- Email info@trysilentium.com with your order number and the email address you used at checkout.
- We confirm your request within 1 to 2 business days.
- The refund goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
What is covered
- The guarantee covers your first order of Silentium (1, 3 or 5 pouches), one guarantee per customer and household.
- Shipping costs are not refundable. Free gifts that came with your order do not need to be returned.
- Subscription refills that shipped after your first order can be refunded if you contact us within 14 days of their delivery and the pouches are unopened.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order that has not shipped yet by emailing us. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but the 90-night guarantee above still applies.
