Subscription Policy
When you choose Subscribe and Save, you sign up for automatic refills of Silentium.
How it works
- Your first order is charged and shipped right away.
- After that, you are charged the listed subscription price for the bundle you chose every 4 weeks, and a new shipment is sent. Refills ship for 5.00 in your local currency.
- The subscription continues until you cancel it.
Change, skip or cancel anytime
There is no minimum commitment. You can change your bundle, skip a delivery, change the date or cancel at any time by logging into your customer portal or by emailing info@trysilentium.com. To stop the next charge, cancel at least 2 days before your next billing date.
Reminders
We send you an email reminder before each renewal, so you always know when your next order is coming.
Price changes
If the subscription price changes, we notify you by email before the new price applies to your next renewal. You can cancel before then.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we retry and email you so you can update your payment details. If we cannot collect payment, the subscription is paused.
