By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Subscription Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

2. Products and health information

Silentium is a dietary supplement. The information on this site is for general information only and is not medical advice. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, have a medical condition or have been diagnosed with sleep apnea. Individual results vary.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in the currency of your market and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you paid, we refund you in full.

4. Payment

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and account information. By placing an order you authorize us and our payment providers to charge your chosen payment method for the order total, including shipping and any applicable taxes.

5. Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription, you authorize recurring charges every 4 weeks at the listed price until you cancel, as described in our Subscription Policy.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is handled as described in our Shipping Policy. Refunds, including our 90-Night Money-Back Guarantee, are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Promotions and free gifts

Free gifts and bundle offers are available while supplies last, apply only to the bundle stated and cannot be exchanged for cash.
