Shipping costs
Every order ships with Priority + Insured Shipping. Your first shipment ships free. Subscription refills ship for 5.00 in your local currency (USD, GBP, CAD, AUD or NZD).
Where we ship
We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the European Union and a number of other countries. Available shipping options and costs for your address are shown at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with a tracking number when it ships.
Delivery time
- United States and United Kingdom: usually 5 to 10 business days after shipping.
- Canada, Australia and New Zealand: usually 7 to 14 business days after shipping.
- Other countries: usually 7 to 20 business days after shipping.
These are estimates. Busy periods, customs and local carriers can occasionally cause delays.

Customs and import duties
Orders to some countries may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or damaged packages
All shipments are insured. If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, or your package arrives damaged, email info@trysilentium.com and we will reship or refund your order.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can update the address as long as the order has not shipped.
